Mientras tanto, limpia los chiles (ancho y guajillo), rem\u00f3jalos en agua caliente hasta suavizar y lic\u00faalos con ajo, comino y or\u00e9gano; cuela la salsa para dejarla sedosa. Vierte sobre la carne, a\u00f1ade laurel, ajusta sal y deja hervir a fuego medio-bajo 20\u201330 minutos, hasta que la salsa espese y la carne quede suave. Si te gusta m\u00e1s picoso, integra unas cuantas semillas de los chiles.
